Please read all terms and conditions prior to purchase. By completing your order with Infinity Ashes you will have been deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all terms and conditions laid out below.
These terms and conditions shall govern the sale and purchase of good through our website.

You must give your consent to all terms and conditions prior to completing your order at checkout.

Visit the Royal Mail website to see any all issues with postage. Infinity Ashes cannot be held responsible for any and all items lost in transit. This includes but is not limited to: items being shipped to us, items being shipped from us, delays in your postage once your order has left us.
'We' or 'I' refers to Infinity Ashes
'You' refers to the customer. Any interpretation of 'us', 'my', 'our' and 'your' should be construed accordingly.

Advertising of our products on our website or social media channels is an 'invitation to treat' and not a contractual offer.
No contract will come into force between us and you until your order has been paid in full via our online payment portal.

What to expect from your jewellery

Air bubbles in resin are to be expected, these will be micro bubbles and will not in anyway affect the performance or longevity of your jewellery. Bubbles will not be classed as a fault.

Fibres, hairs or other elements maybe visible in your jewellery, we do everything possible to remove any unwanted elements but micro pieces maybe visible on detailed inspection.

Colours of our gems may vary greatly. All ashes are unique to the individual or animal, a lot of factors affect a person or animals ashes, this will in turn effect the colour your gem will be once cast into your jewellery. Colour differences maybe, white, black, grey or brown. Any colours added by Infinity Ashes will be as advertised, ashes are added on top of any colour we may add.

Hair or fur may be transparent once cast into your jewellery. This will most likely be with lighter coloured hair or fur. White hair or fur will most likely be transparent when in resin, we will always include this when sent to us, however it may not be visible in the completed pieces.

Our Suppliers

We use the best quality suppliers for our jewellery, resin and all others suppliers used to create all our jewellery.

Once your order has been paid in full & accepted, we will order any relevant supplies from our suppliers within 48 hours.

We do not keep a stock of our jewellery on site, we order specifically for every order received. Supplies can take 4-6 weeks to arrive with us.

Once all supplies are with us, we aim to have your order created and shipped within 5 business days.

Orders may take up to 16 weeks to create from the date your ashes arrive with us.

Products

We do not sell ready made items, all products on our website are custom made using ashes sent to us from you.

No cancellations will be accepted or refunds issued once we have ordered supplies needed to complete your order.

We reserve the right to change, discontinue, replace or change all products advertised on our website at any time.

Images

We retain ownership of all images and videos taken by us during the process of creating your order.

We retain the rights to all images and videos of completed pieces taken by us.

We retain the right to use any and all images and videos of you order process or completed items on our website and all social media platforms.

We will at no point disclose any personal or private information when distributing any images or videos of your order.

Consumer Rights Act 2015

Goods to be of satisfactory quality - items must meet the standard that a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory, taking account of any description of the goods, the price (if relevant) and all other relevant circumstances.

Goods to be fit for purpose - a good or service must fulfil a customer's needs or achieve a particular outcome.

Goods to be as described - The goods should match the description provided in the advertisement, on the packaging, on the website or given verbally by the seller.

Consumers rights to enforce terms about goods - 'an item' is not a failure to conform to the contract if it has it's origin in materials supplied by the customer.
All products sold by Infinity Ashes cannot be returned for not being of 'satisfactory quality / fit for purpose / as described' as all products contain materials supplied by you.
Please be sure to look though all pictures available both on our website and social media platforms to ensure you are aware of the process and expected result of finished jewellery.
Prices

All prices are quoted on our website.

Prices will increase once, annually. Contracts already in place will not be affected by any price increases, any future orders from the date of an annual price increase will be subject to the new prices.

Shipping fees are applicable to all orders under £300 for customers within the UK. International customers will be liable for shipping fees on all orders under £400.

You are responsible for any and all shipping fees incurred to send ashes to us.

In the event postage is outstanding when your ashes arrive to us, you will be invoiced for the remaining cost, orders will not be started, completed or shipped until these outstanding fees are paid.

Payments

When completing your purchase you have the option to pay with all major credit & debit cards, PayPal, PayPal Later or Klarna.

If you fail to pay, in full, any and all instalments due to us as laid out in these terms and condition, we reserve the right to withhold any completed orders and/or, by written notice to you at any time cancel the contract for sale of the ordered products.

Any unjustified credit card, debit card or other charge backs will result in you being liable to us, within 7 days following the date of our written request, this is to include an amount equal to the amount of the charge back.

All third party costs incurred to us in relation to unjustified charge backs, including but not limited to any and all charges made by either our or your bank or payment processed or card issuer.

An administration fee of £20 inc. VAT, and any reasonable costs, losses and expenses incurred in recovering the amounts referred to in your original order, including, without limitation, legal fees and any debt collection fees incurred.

Failure to recognise a charge on your card resulting in a charge back will suspend all work on your products until full payment has been made alongside any incurred fees. All products and ashes will remain the property of Infinity Ashes until all relevant fees & costs are paid.

Complaints & Issues

If you have a complaint or an issue with your order, please email contact@infinityashes.co.uk. We will reply within 14 days and do our best to come to a fair solution. Please double check your consumer rights on bespoke items prior to sending your complaint to us.

Your full name, order number & any relevant photographs or videos of your product or shipping container must be sent with your original email.

Deliveries

All orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you at checkout.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

We do not guarantee delivery dates

All orders will be dispatched within 5 business days of order completion.

The date of your order will be the date the ashes you send us are received by us.

We are protected by The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013 - Time for delivery of goods. Unless the trader and the consumer have agreed otherwise (where you agreed to six months plus extension if needed by us)

Sending Ashes

Do not send any other sentimental items other than the required teaspoon.

You will be sent a PDF via email once your order is confirmed with instructions on sending your ashes to us.
-
DO NOT send us all of your ashes, only send the amount requested.

Should you only have a small amount of ashes left, please note that sending us all of your remaining ashes will not be grounds for a refund should you be unhappy with the finished products and you are agreeing, by accepting our terms and conditions, that we are only able to make one attempt at creating your products.

Ownership

​Upon receiving your ashes, we take ownership of them and are able to use them as we see fit to create your order.

We will not use your ashes for any other orders or show pieces.

We may use all of the ashes sent to us to complete your order, we will not waste or use any ashes unnecessarily.

Any unused ashes will be returned to you with your completed order.

Revisions
-
We reserve the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time. The revision of these terms and conditions will apply to all contracts entered into at any time following the revision, contracts made before the revision will be unaffected.
